In 2013, World Sudoku Championship and World Puzzle Championship will take place in Beijing, China.
Puzzles for WSC will be prepared by the Chinese hosts, they have organised a number of successful Beijing International Sudoku Tournaments.
Puzzles for WPC, on the other hand, will be prepared by an international team led by Gyorgy Istvan and Zoltan Nemeth from Hungary. Although there were some past WPCs where some of the puzzles were designed by international authors, 2013 marks the first time in WPC's history when the entire work is being coordinated by a team outside the hosting nation.
This blog is designed to serve as the primary channel for us to communicate about the event and share some of the ideas we have about the upcoming WPC in advance.
